Late news, 26/11, St John’s Lake, Torpoint: 2 Slavonian Grebe, 1 Black necked Grebe, 11 Brent Geese (both pale-bellied and dark-bellied), 5 Red-breasted Merganser, 1 Whimbrel, 1 Black Redstart (on Marine Drive). (A Pearson)

Lower Tamar Lake: 16 Goosander (6m 10f) on a dawn count, all birds flew off by 0745. (R Mudge)

Kingsmill Lake am: c200 Avocet, 2 Grey Plover, 6+ Snipe, 4 Greenshank, c100 Dunlin, Black-tailed Godwits, Wigeon, Kingfisher, Great Crested Grebe & 4 presumed escape Barnacle Geese. (P Aley)
