Late News 29/10 Trevarrian: 5+ Choughs at Beacon Cove. (C Seager)
Marazion Marsh RSPB: 3 Grey Heron, 1+ Little Egret, 1 Cormorant, 4 Mute Swan plus 4 cygnets, 16 Mallard, 1 Aylesbury Duck, 17 Teal, 3 Little Grebe, 1+ Water Rail, 15 Moorhen, 1 Snipe, 1 Stonechat and 1 Cetti’s Warbler. Also c5000 Starlings roosting in the evening. Otter on Longrock Pool this afternoon. (D Parker) 2 Firecrests reported at midday.

Porthgwarra: 1 Firecrest, 8 Goldcrest, 1 Chiffchaff, 1 Bullfinch, 4 Reed Bunting, 200+ Skylark, 400+ Chaffinch, c20 Siskin, 4+ Brambling, Black Redstart, 17 Golden Plover, 2 Snipe, 10, 2, 2 & 5 Greenland White-fronted Geese, 2 Merlin, 3 Kestrel, 1 Sparrowhawk and 2 Raven. Land’s End: 4 probable Greenland White-fronted Geese. (J Lawman)

Marazion: 8 Dark-bellied Brent Geese off Red River mouth and a further 5 off Longrock. (D Parker)
Hayle Estuary RSPB: 2 Spoonbills, 16 Dark-bellied Brent Geese, 42 Greylag Geese, 170 Lapwing and 17 Heron Also present, many Teal and Wigeon have arrived, a few Knot, Bar-tailed Godwit and Dunlin. Also 1 Kingfisher, 4 Ringed Plover and 1 Bar-tailed Godwit on Carsew Pool plus 1 Sparrowhawk over Tempest. (D Jenkins, T Mills & P Dinning)

Sancreed: c55 Geese flew east over Beacon 08:10hrs may have been Dark-bellied Brent; 20 Fieldfare east and 1 Hawfinch west 10:05 over Estate. (D Flumm)
Falmouth, Gyllyngvase Beach: 4 Med Gull (1 with small silver ring on left leg), 2 Whimbrel, 5 Ringed Plover, 6 Turnstone, 1 Little Egret, 1 Curlew, 17 Oystercatcher, 10+ Pied Wagtail, 10+ Meadow Pipit and 1 Kestrel. (J St Ledger)
Camborne, North Cliffs: 1 Lapland Bunting and 30 Skylark in big stubble field. (D Eva)
Culdrose: 1 Black Redstart again. (D Wright)
Rame: Serin, 2 Yellowhammers, 3 Brambling and 1 Reed Bunting with finch flock along Military Road. Also 2 Black-Redstart at Rame Barton and another at Rame Head. (M Beer) Firecrest reported in sycamores by the church.
Stithians Reservoir: 5 Pochard, 1 Teal and a flock of 30+ Lapwing flying over and ‘grazing’ on nearby ploughed field at the south end. Also Coal Tit, Great Spotted Woodpecker and Goldcrests at the feeding station in the Southern Cut Off. (W Renshaw)

Lizard: Olive-backed Pipit still at Little Treleaver, Coverack also Black Redstart and 3 White-fronted Geese over. (J Foster)
Walmsley Sanctuary: Rose-coloured Starling early afternoon with 60+ Starling flock, 1 Merlin, 1 Kestrel, 70+ Wigeon, 2 Pintail, 1 Gadwall, 60+ Teal, 4 Shoveler, 2 Water Rail, 10 Common Snipe, 29 Curlew and 2 Chiffchaff. (C Selway)
Cape Cornwall: Black redstart late afternoon. Also Brent Goose on the golf course again. (Sennen Cove Birdwatching)
St Levan: 6 Lapland Buntings in field west of St Levan and a Ring Ouzel.
Porthcurno: 5 White-fronted Geese flew north at 12:20.
Crowdy Reservoir: 4 White-fronted Geese over east late afternoon.
Kynance Cove: 1 Black Redstart.
Cot Valley: 1 Firecrest.
