Lizard: 1 possible Long-legged Buzzard still at Kynance Cove near Kynance Farm but distant. (RBA)

Predannack area: 2 Cuckoo this morning. Buzzard species on derelict building at Kynance Farm at 0930 but flew off onto fence post in adjacent field. After 10-15 minutes it flew off towards Soap Cove and was flushed by a mountain biker shortly after.  No plumage details noted as very flighty. (D King). Also, Kynance Cove: 4 Meadow Pipit, 6 Rock Pipit, 3 Linnet, 3 Goldfinch, 1 Pied Wagtail, many Crow, Jackdaw and Rook, 2 Northern Gannet feeding off shore 10.00 – 12.00. (M Webb)

Porthgwarra: 49 Storm Petrel caught and ringed overnight, including a bird from the Channel Islands. (West Cornwall ringing group)
