Pendeen: 1 1w Red-breasted Flycatcher reported on wall in field just inland of Coastguard Cottages at 08:30.

St Just: 1 Citrine Wagtail reported flew NE over Trevaylor Campsite at 09:50.

Point, Restronguet: Osprey there at 7.30am eating a fish. Circled high up and flew off at noon. The ring details have shown that it is a female ringed in Scotland two years ago. (J St Ledger)

Mermaid II, off Porthgwarra: Arctic Skua, 1000+ Manx Shearwater and lots of terns including Arctic Tern 3 miles offshore from Mermaid II. (M Elliott) 

Porthgwarra: 56 Sooty Shearwater flew east this evening (18.00 – 20.10).

Mount’s Bay: Knot and Redshank on St Clement’s Isle plus Swallows, White Wagtails and Kestrel out over the bay. (M Elliott)

Porth Reservoir: 3 Common Sandpiper, 3 Buzzard, 3 Grey Heron, 6 Coot, 6 Great Crested Grebe (3 adult 3 juv) 42 Canada Geese, 2 Jay, 1 fem Sparrowhawk. (S Grose)

Hayle, Mexico Towans: 1 Kestrel (f) stooping on Hobby, 2 Wheatear, 1 Stonechat (f), Hummingbird Hawkmoth. (J Evans)

Tamar Bridge: Two large white long necked birds flew over the Tamar Br as I drove across to Devon (19.50). Possibly Spoonbills – one bird appeared slightly larger than the other. Both rapidly heading downriver towards Lynher confluence. (R Hurrell)
