We walk to just beyond the road bridge at Tregunna and back, about 4 miles.
The walk lasts 4 to 5 hours, so bring a snack and drink. Wear suitable clothing and footwear, though the path is level with a firm surface. Bring binoculars and a telescope, if you have one.
You can expect to see a variety of waders, gulls, hedgerow birds, raptors, etc. Winter highlights can include large flocks of Golden Plover and Lapwing. In the warmer months butterflies as well.
We typically see 30-40 species of birds.
